SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Order Placement and Shipping Times

After an order is placed, the customer will immediately receive an email confirmation sent to the e-mail address provided upon checkout.  Before an order is shipped it takes up to 3-5 business days for processing and handling (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders placed for multiple items may result in multiple or partial shipments. 

LUBNA | Palestine® reserves the right to cancel and refund any order, at any time, for any reason.  Although, we would only do this if a product is missing from inventory or there is a catastrophic issue or Acts of God where we are located.

Domestic Shipping

LUBNA | Palestine® offers standard USPS first-class shipping (5-7 days) on all orders within the USA. USPS Priority or Express shipping is subject to an additional charge and can be requested by emailing shop@lubnapalestine.com

International Shipping

LUBNA | Palestine® offers two paid international shipping options. USPS Standard International Shipping arrives in approximately 10-25 days from date of shipment, and USPS Priority International Shipping arrives in approximately 4-10 days from the date of shipment. Customs fees and taxes are charged once the package arrives at the destination, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional customs fees associated with the shipment. Tracking information is given via e-mail but may become limited once the package arrives in the destination country. 

Lost and Stolen Packages

LUBNA | Palestine® is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once an order has shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to track and manage delivery for their package. If there are problems with the delivery please contact the carrier associated with the tracking number (USPS, FEDEX, UPS, DHL).

Age Restriction and Unauthorized Purchases

Anyone under the age of 18 years is not permitted to use this site without parental consent.  If you are under the age of 18 years old and do not have parental consent to purchase or view any of the contents on the site, please cease use of the site immediately.  The site is not responsible for items purchased by unauthorized individuals, or refunds related to unauthorized purchases.

Payment Processing

All transactions are SSL secure and encrypted. Payment processing is carried out via Paypal, customers can conveniently make secure payments by credit card or bank transfer.
