All Custom Orders cannot be returned or exchanged
All Products Marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customers have seven (7) days from receipt of goods, confirmed by the shipment tracking number, to file for an exchange or return. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item being returned was faulty (see Defective Merchandise below) or it is part of an exchange. We will not accept exchanged/returned goods that show signs of wear, have been altered, do not have their original packaging/tags, or that show apparent signs of use or abuse. Lubna LLC, and this website (lubnapalestine.com), does not accept the exchange of Lubna | Palestine brand merchandise sold from outside boutiques or vendors. Lubna LLC has the right to approve or deny any product exchanges or returns on an individual case basis.

Defective Merchandise
In the event that you receive an incorrect or faulty item please notify us by email and send photographs to shop@lubnapalestine.com within five (5) days of the item’s delivery (confirmed by the shipment tracking number). The customer is not liable for shipping costs on defective merchandise. Merchandise will be deemed faulty only if it is determined that it was faulty prior to shipment. Merchandise damaged after delivery is not considered faulty, and therefore would not be eligible for refund or exchange. Lubna LLC is not responsible for damaged or stolen merchandise after delivery has taken place.
